This mindful massage uses specialised techniques adapted in order to safely work with complications of cancer and cancer treatment. Oncology massage is safe to be given to people at all stages of cancer, providing moments of peace and dignity, while relieving many common symptoms with the main goal focused on comfort and wellbeing. Oncology massage is beneficial at all stages of cancer from the onset of discovery, during hospitalisation, pre/post-surgery, during chemotherapy or radiotherapy, while recovering at home, during remission to good health, or hospice settings and even as a part of palliative care.

M.L.D uses gentle rhythmic massage movements which helps stimulate the flow of lymph and encourages toxins and excess fluid to be drained. This powerful treatment has immunological effects which can be applied to a variety of conditions such as, lymphedema, pre/post-operative cases, specifically where lymph nodes / lymphatic system has been impaired due to biopcy, radiotherapy or removered through surgery. M.L.D can help boost the immune system and ward off illness, while promoting the body to self-heal, reducing levels of stress, tension and anxiety.
