Himalayan Salt Stone Massagee
Himalayan salt stone massage is an ancient holistic treatment of warmed hand-carved salt stones made from pink Himalayan salt.
The salt is sourced from the ancient Khewra Salt, in Pakistan, one of the world's oldest and largest salt mines where deposits were formed millions of years ago from ancient sea beds, and are rich in over 84 essential minerals, including iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc, and iodine, which are known to provide natural relief from anxiety and depression, as well as an increased sense of balance and harmony from thses powerful crystals.
The warmth of the salt stones, heated approximately 119 degrees fahrenheit helps calm the nervous system, encouraging relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety. Heat penetrates deeply into muscles, helping to ease tightness, stiffness, and minor aches while improving flexibility.
